Pre-Order Policies

IMPORTANT: All items are 100% authentic.

  1. Down Payment
    • A down payment is required for each pre-order item, with the specific amount indicated in each item. No reservation or slot will be secured without a down payment.
    • Down payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable unless the pre-order is canceled by the supplier or unallocated.
  2. Placing Pre-Orders
    • Via Website: Add to cart and proceed to checkout. 
    • Via Facebook: Comment "+1" on the item's post to pre-order, then PM us a screenshot of your down payment.
  3. Pre-Order Promo
    • To avail of the pre-order promo price, submit a screenshot of your payment confirmation on or before the pre-order deadline.
  4. Back-Order Promo
    • Please confirm the item's availability with us before making a down payment. Once the down payment is made, we will promptly order the item from the distributor to secure your slot. As orders are processed immediately, cancellations and refunds are strictly not allowed.
  5. Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations for backorders and orders made on the pre-order deadline are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Orders cannot be canceled due to box dents, delayed shipments, or similar issues.
  6. Item Allocation
    • For items under allocation, they will be distributed on a first-pay, first-served basis.
  7. Balance and Release
    • Settle your remaining balance within 3 days of receiving notice that your item is ready for release.
    • To extend the payment deadline by an additional 7 days, an extra fee of ₱20 per item applies.
    • If the balance remains unsettled after the due date, your reservation will be forfeited. You may still claim the item if it is available, but there is no guarantee.
  8. Estimated Dates and Pricing
    • Release, Shipping, and Arrival Dates are only estimates and may change without notice.
    • Pricing and Other Details are subject to change without prior notice.

      Shipment and Return Policies

      1. Shipping Fee
        • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
      2. Shipping Schedule
        • As a small shop, shipping is scheduled. We appreciate your patience as we may not handle large volumes of shipments on short notice.
      3. Shipping Options
        • We ship nationwide via LBC or GoGo Xpress at the buyer's own risk. The shipping fee will be shared with you during booking.
        • Same-day delivery within Manila, Cavite, and Laguna is available via Grab and Lalamove, also at the buyer's own risk.
        • Shipping options may vary based on the buyer's location.
      4. Shopee Checkout
        • Shopee checkout option is coming soon. (To be updated)
      5. Shipping Damages
        • Collectors Base Ph is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. We will send photos of your items before dispatch to ensure quality.
      6. Returns for Defects
        • Returns due to factory defects or damage are subject to approval by our supplier or distributor.
      7. Item Inspection
        • Upon receiving your item, please inspect the inner plastic packaging first. Once opened, it is considered inspected and in good condition.
      8. Box Condition
        • Box dents are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements as packaging damage is often unavoidable during shipping. Rest assured, we pack items securely to minimize this risk.
        • Strictly No return or replacement for box imperfections.
      9. Return Shipping
        • All return shipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer.

      Modes of Payment

      We accept payments via Bank Deposit (BPI, BDO), GCash, or Maya.
